Alessia Russo has left Manchester United - and their seems to be only one place she is going to go

Alessia Russo and Manchester United have confirmed that she will no longer play for them following the end of her contract.

Despite several conversations about a contract extension, no agreement was met and so Russo will go for a free transfer, and the front runner seems to be Arsenal.

The gunners wanted to sign her in the January transfer window when their record breaking bid (reported to be worth half a million pounds) was turned down by United.

However, they are still after Russo now and ,if they are to secure her, will pin her down for free.

Reports also suggested Lyon and NWSL clubs to be front runners, but it seems now their is only one place Russo is destined to go to , Arsenal.

Do you think this would be a good deal for Russo and Arsenal?

And where do you think Arsenal could go with *that* front line they will have (presuming no one is to leave)? Champions league winning quality?
