The tournament began with Italy v Belgium. - the first of two matches to be played at Stadium Mk, home of MK dons.
However, in this article I am going to be talking about the England V Korea match.
England started the match, and remained for most of the match, on the front foot. With multiple shots on target in the first half, although we had to wait until a penalty in the 40th minute , as shot by Georgia Stanway.
Although, England went out in the second half , just a few seconds in Chloe Kelly scored an absolute banger - which no goalkeeper was ever going to get.
The next goal came from Alessia Russo, who despite being surrounded by both a Korean defender and the goalie, managed to get the ball in the back of the net. Perhaps a goal that would be classed as something Alessia Russo, and Alessia Russo only could complete.

Plenty of chances followed although none of them hit the back of the net. An honorable mention to Katie Robison's chance, that hit the woodwork - one of those where you think How did that not go in?
